Solitea has Completed the Acquisition of CDL SYSTEM, Microsoft's Leading Partner on the Czech and Slovak Markets

The Solitea Holding has acquired a 100% share of CDL SYSTEM a.s., one of the largest solution suppliers on the Microsoft platform in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, providing implementation services in the areas of ERP. It supplies and administrates ICT infrastructure.

„We have been building a strong partnership with Microsoft since 1998, as an independent software developer. The majority of our products use the Microsoft platform,“ says Martin Cígler, the Chairman of the Board of Directors in Solitea Holding. „However, joining with CDL SYSTEM adds to this cooperation a new dimension. Until now, the Microsoft Dynamic NAV, CRM and Microsoft Sharepoint information systems were rather a peripheral business for us, which we oftentimes outsourced as part of more complex solution. The acquisition of CDL SYSTEM will allow us to concentrate these activities within the Holding and will open the doors to this new and, within the context of the upcoming Dynamic 365, a very interesting business segment.“

In the Central European Region and in the Balkans, Solitea is one of the largest suppliers of accounting and business information systems (ERP) for the commercial segment as well as for the state and non-profit organizations, serving hundreds of thousands of small businesses via cloud services, iDoklad and Minimax. It offers complete custom wage outsourcing and successfully implements large, customized projects on the national and international markets, for example the implementation of the TULLI information system for the Finnish Customs administration.

„We have been very successful on our market for 25 years,“ adds Vítězslav Kotrs, the co-founder and CEO of CDL SYSTEM. „Solitea brings us a tremendous opportunity for growth, a possibility to apply our experience and know-how for the Group's current and future customers. It especially allows us to benefit from the synergy that this acquisition brings. In this context, I would also like to highlight our activities in the area of solving company infrastructure, where cooperation with newly prepared projects of the Solitea Holding are offered.“

„The vision of the Solitea Holding is to simplify business for companies of all sizes by means of our products and solutions. The acquisition of CDL SYSTEM is just another step in fulfilling this vision, a strategic investment that opens new markets and new opportunities for all members of the Group,“ adds Martin Cígler.

The acquisition will have no effect on the customers and business partners of CDL SYSTEM. The company will continue to be managed by the original management team and the company's activities will remain unchanged.
